If I am 18 or 19, and use the word "teen" or "teenager", I must also use the supporting words "18", "19", "eighteen" or "nineteen". (For example, "19yo teen" is OK). I will also not attempt to represent myself as someone under the age of 18.
5) I hereby grant Tostado Media full rights to all photos and videos submitted, and certify that they are royalty and copyright free.
7) I agree that if I violate any of the conditions laid forth herein, I will forfeit any funds owed to me, and my performer status will be terminated immediately.
